In life we need to learn the art of loving, to understand how to love others and how we can let others love us.
Paradoxically is much easier to love than let others send their love to us.
The art of loving is an art that should be teached even from the kindergarten till we complete the university.
We sometime love, but dont show properlly this love to the others ... and we could define lots of abstract ways as that.
You love your child, but you dont care about the things the child does.
You love your spouse, but you show very clearlly that you care about that relashionshop only when everything ended.
And tell me ... is it difficult to receive compliments?!
What if one day, the cashier at the bank that you had a small conflict with, just because of a small missunderstanding ... tells you: “its ok ... i love you”.
I had accidentlly met persons at that, men and women, that told me “i love you”.
In Hawaii, there is a practice called Hoʻoponopono.
Hoʻoponopono is a method used for reconciliation and forgiveness.
Is like a mantra and the words are:
“I love you
I am sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you”
This practice is for everybody and for any kind of relationship you have ... even the ones that are your enemies.
Saying “I love you” ... especially into the difficult relashionships ...but believing it with all your heart, makes the whole scene very special.
Loving is an art that you can learn, as long as your soul is opened to give and receive.
